Description
The individual pictured is a repeat offender who was previously removed from 9th Street and was a squatter at 3928 San Leandro Street. He is once again selling drugs from his blue car. This group has now set up a canopy that blocks the street, all within close proximity to the local school. How is this individual allowed to move from block to block and continue these activities?
