I’d like to report overgrown grass and weeds blocking the sidewalk. My wheelchair became caught in the vegetation, creating a safety and accessibility hazard. I’m not sure if this is the property owner’s or the City’s responsibility, but I would appreciate it if the responsible party could be notified to clear and maintain the area.
