Description

Water damage to ceiling in living room. Drywall is currently damp to the touch and paint has blistered and lifted. This is a recurrence. This same area was damaged by water from the unit above in May 2026. A repair was made but addressed only the visible surface. Moisture has returned to the same location. Owner notified in writing of original water damage back in May and again today. Requesting inspection for the source of water intrusion, moisture in the ceiling assembly, and proximity of the damp area to recessed ceiling lighting. Photos from the original damage and from May and August attached.
