Description
Recently there was a right turn light installed for northbound Harrison traffic turning East onto Grand. That right GREEN arrow is timed at the same time as the Westbound Grand left turn onto Harrison southbound. The problem is Grand Ave traffic has a U TURN sign as well. Therefore the traffic from Harrison who might think they have a protected turn DONT. Either the timing needs to be adjusted, OR Grand needs to move to “No U Turn” , which is a tight turn anyway after the construction
