Description
New sewer pipe was installed earlier this year and they did not replace / install a new fence. This creates an unauthorized "entrance" to the neighboring park to passerby's however, most trespass onto residential properties there. Additionally, without appropriate fencing around unauthorized park entry points, it creates significant municipal liabilities, public safety hazards, and community security vulnerabilities.
