DISGUSTING TRASH BLOCKING SIDE WALKS AND ADA ACCESSIBLE CURB RAMPS FOR CROSS WALKS. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE THAT THE CITY HAS BEEN CONTINUOUSLY IGNORING FOR MONTHS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR PUBLIC SAFETY N HAZARDOUS. CHILDREN AND ELDERLY ARE TAKING EXTRA PRECAUTIONS TO AVOID THIS AREA BY HAVING TO TAKE EXTRA CROSSINGS AND WALK INTO THE STREETS!! ALSO UNACCEPTABLE FOR THE SMALL BUSINESSES IN THIS AREA TO HAVE TO LOSE BUSINESS DUE TO THE PUBLIC TRYING TO AVOID THIS AREA BECAUSE THE TRASH IS GETTING OUT OF HAND
