As shown in the attached photographs, the current conditions include boarded and/or damaged doors and windows, graffiti and vandalism, accumulated trash and debris along the sidewalk and surrounding area, overgrown vegetation, and areas that appear inadequately secured against unauthorized access. There has also been activity consistent with individuals entering and occupying the vacant properties without authorization. These conditions have become an ongoing concern for neighboring residents and are negatively affecting the safety, sanitation, and security of the immediate area.
