Description
Dumping is accessible via Market St. which began about 7 or more weeks ago. Please help clean this up, community efforts have been made in clearing a lot of garbage on this City of Oakland property (confirmed with 311) but more dumpings have taken place since. Please help clean up as soon as possible.
