This vehicle, currently in front of 2206 E 21st Street, has been moved around the neighborhood for a little over a month now Whoever owns it will park it in a single spot & leave it for a week or longer before moving it It has been parked in the current spot for a few days now Not sure if whoever owns this vehicle lives in the neighborhood, as today is street sweeping, & it was not moved (it has been ticketed...thank you, Parking Enforcement!) Details: Make: Toyota Model: Avalon License: 9KAS061 (expire DEC 26) Color: Black There is a bit of body damage on the front of the car, but it appears drivable, as it is being shuffled about the neighborhood, even if for short distances
