Description
This entire area was cleaned just weeks ago and has now returned to being an absolute dump. This is an area that attracts repeated dumping that needs long-term abatement and regular monitoring by city officials, law enforcement, etc. to catch violators. Can we get a camera or something here? This is a traffic hazard AND a health hazard. Trash is cleared and the dumping resumes in hours. Encampments contribute significantly to this.
