Recurring ponding at the curb. In heavy rain it floods the sidewalk, parking lane, and into the roadway. The gutter is clear, not clogged. There's a low spot with no slope toward a storm drain (the nearest inlets are across the street). Photos from today's very light rain attached. It happened last rainy season too, and neighbors report the City addressed it before, but it's back. Please check for prior work orders here. Requesting an inspection and a lasting fix before the winter rains. Thank you.
