Description
Business at 291 3rd St is building a permanent chain-link fence enclosure for their dumpster in the public right-of-way, in the curb lane in front of their building. No OB or encroachment permit found in the city permit portal for this address. They also regularly leave lumber deliveries on the sidewalk, blocking the pedestrian walkway. Photo attached, taken 10/23/2026 around 11:30 AM while construction was in progress.
