Description
This encounter has been closed. The fencing is not properly secured. It’s being held together with pieces of a rope. CM Houston wanted me to let you know that he has city locks and his Dist 7 field team are more than willing to help secure the fence. Thank you so much City council aide Dist 7 Nelida
