Homeless Encampment

Description
Tent has gone up in the green area located between Powell and Stanford behind the dentist office. Two years ago there was an RV camper park there long-term. It took a long time and multiple tickets from me and my neighbors to get him to move because he kept coming back trying to get out ahead of this before anyone feels like they can stay there long-term.
