Please inspect the gas heaters immediately next to the parklet at Belotti Ristorante e Bottega, 5403 College Avenue, Oakland, CA 94618, for fire safety and parklet permit violations. Oakland’s Parklet Guidelines §7(d) require gas heaters to remain at minimum 3 feet from walls or ceilings and 10 feet from exits; electric heaters require 3 feet from combustible materials.
