Description
This plywood has been in the same place, partially obstructing the sidewalk for at least one month. The nearest address is 302 Perkins, but the debris is around the corner on Warwick near the residence’s garage. I’m not sure if it’s considered private property or public, but either way it looks like debris that should be removed. Can the city please come to dispose of this?
