Description
Homeless encampment blocking whole side walk!! The whole area smells like urine and poop!! Real big traffic hazard when walking trail and heading back to residential area on Empire rd. Person is bringing lots of trash to the area and it ends up on 98th ave, real busy road especially since it’s real close to airport.
