The owners of these two BBQ trailers are extremely brazen; they leave them parked across two spaces during the day, and in the evening, they move them to park their cars. Nine people live in the downstairs unit of this duplex—where, legally, only four should be living—and they have seven cars. They act as if they own the parking spaces, and it is essential that the authorities take action.
