There was no street cleaning on the north (even numbered) side of 61st Street in September or October. The street sweeping schedule is 2nd and 4th Monday of the month; no street sweeper came by at all on 9/14, 9/28, 10/12 or 10/26. It was also very inconsistent in July and August, but at least they came once. Now that it is fall and has rained, trash, leaves and debris wash down the entire block to the corner of 61st Street and Occidental, and are blocking the drain. Street sweeping should occur as scheduled, and the city needs to clear the drains prior to additional rains.
