I am a resident of Oakland, California, and would like to report ongoing commercial activity at a neighboring residential property. The property appears to be used as a base for a construction-related business, with business trucks, RVs, and employees regularly gathering at or near the residence. These vehicles occupy substantial amounts of public street parking throughout the day. The resident has also been telling neighboring households that certain street parking areas need to be kept available for his personal vehicles, business trucks, and employees. This has created ongoing concerns about access to public parking and the use of a residential property for commercial purposes.
