I hear excessive screaming and talking from the building pictured in the uploaded photo. The building's address is 8603 Hillside Avenue Oakland, CA. I believe the building may have an unlawful electronic (non-relational-I have not met tenants there in person that I hear outside of the noise ordinance hours). I am uncertain how the building is electronically connected to my place of residence. I filed a complaint recently ( 260-5573 ). An inspector arrived and did not inspect the property. The nuisance is ongoing and I have also contacted authorities to report the ongoing issue that I wish to cease as I do beleive that I am the victim in this unjust instance. My home is privately owned and not public property. My complaint is about the electronic connection I did not request or authorize. I am unclear if this is enforced through this department.
