Description
The 5100 block of Clarke Street needs to be made a one-way street and/or parking removed along one side. It is too narrow and curved for vehicles going in opposite directions, especially at night. There is heavy traffic due to the Logan apartments and Whole Foods. Drivers speed through, using it as a shortcut from 51st to Claremont in both directions. I have seen many crashes and road rage altercations on this block. Please do something!
