Mandela Parkway at this block continues to have encampments and RVs, with debris piling up, needles left on the ground, and dogs loose without leashes. Nothing is different from the conditions that led to my Oct 27, 2026 report (previous ticket #23116985). Requesting follow-up on this ongoing situation.
