Description
An encampment is located on the public sidewalk directly in front of 9634 International Boulevard, Oakland, extending along the adjacent black wall beneath the trees. Carts, bicycles, bags, and other belongings occupy much of the walkway, restricting safe pedestrian and wheelchair access. Please assess the location, coordinate outreach and appropriate services, and restore a clear, accessible sidewalk. Please provide an update on the planned response. Photos attached.
