Description
Potholes and severe road deterioration has been reported for many years on 42nd St. from Telegraph to MLK… Recently, these particular potholes have been circled in white paint, BUT if they are to be filled, it is a drop in the bucket. Note other depressions and dangerous uneven seams in this photo. In terms of equity, cyclists on this popular route connecting the Temescal to Emeryville under the freeway have serious risk of injury now that it will soon be dark earlier and rainy. Please prioritize re-paving this entire block!!
