Please evaluate the corner of Napa Street and Thomas Avenue in Rockridge, on the side toward Broadway, for a red-painted buffer to improve visibility. When driving uphill on Thomas and turning right onto Napa, the steep incline transitions to a downhill turn onto a very narrow street. Oncoming cars travel near the middle of Napa, and cars parked close to the corner block the view around the turn. Please assess the corner for daylighting/red curb to keep sightlines clear and make this turn safer.
