The city's paving data rates the longer Thomas Avenue segment from Monroe Avenue to Broadway Terrace, which includes this block, at 24/100. The published survey table gives it 23/100 and zero years of modeled remaining pavement life. Please inspect and repair the potholes on this block, and evaluate it for full resurfacing rather than continued patching.
