Description
Car parked illegally in a red zone and blocking 2 driveways. Dangerous to leave driveways because car blocks view of oncoming traffic. Requesting red zone be put on driveway in front of 236 41st St because cars consistently park here, illegally and block our view of oncoming traffic as we try to leave.
