Description
Please inspect the property at 9407 Cherry St for unsanitary yard conditions and overgrown weeds. I have personally observed multiple cats defecating in the yard, and there is an extremely strong fecal odor coming from the property that affects neighbors. The weeds and vegetation are also overgrown. Please investigate and require appropriate cleanup and maintenance to address these conditions.
