A portable generator and numerous cords are visible outside, raising concerns about whether the building has safe, functioning electrical service. Please verify whether any occupied units have working heat, hot water, and other essential utilities. The building also has visibly damaged or missing storefront glazing, exposed openings, and substantial accumulations of furniture, equipment, and debris along its frontage. Please investigate possible unsafe occupancy, electrical hazards, and habitability violations, and require correction of any confirmed deficiencies.
