Description
The bus shelter on 41st street (at Piedmont Ave) HAS been removed, which is very helpful, as there was a continuous problem with trash and graffiti with this no-longer-in-service bus stop. However, there is a very ill-appearing man, African-American, perhaps age 40-70, who has been sleeping on this bench for days at a time. I will also report to MACRO; this is not a sustainable or healthy home for this man.
