The light cycle on this traffic light is not working correctly. One direction of traffic is skipped every other cycle. Eastbound traffic on Lake Merritt Blvd. is left out of the rotation on alternating cycles. This means that * 11th St. traffic gets the green * then pedestrians get the green * then Westbound Lake Merritt Blvd and left arrow traffic get green * [Eastbound Lake Merritt Blvd traffic does NOT get the green.] * then 11th St. traffic gets the green * then pedestrians get the green * then WB Lake Merritt and Eastbound Lake Merritt Blvd traffic finally gets the green * then WB Lake Merritt and left arrow traffic go. I hope this makes sense. I've submitted multiple tickets about this.
