Description
Trash and debris dumped and spread across the parking lot at 1330 Jackson St (14th & Jackson, by the shut-down McDonald's), piled along the wall and around the shed at the back of the lot. The dumping is coming from a homeless encampment at the back of the lot, where three people are staying. The lot is immediately next to a daycare, and the trash is a health and safety hazard. This is the same lot reported on Nov 2 (request #23154309) and it has gotten worse, not better. Urgent cleanup requested.
