East side of Oak St between Embarcadero and 5th St - the curbside painted bike lane installed recently as a temporary construction staging mitigation for the Oakland Alameda Access Project is frequently blocked by parked cars and trucks - please install posts or other physical barriers within the bike lane buffer, as is called for via Oakland DOT’s own bike/walk construction access guidelines
