This side of the hill has been a blight for 20+ years. We contacted the people living at the top and they informed us it is the City of Oakland's property and that they have been trying to get them to make it look less horrendous for years with no luck. This is not a cheap area to live in and now it is unsafe with all the pot holes, rock slides, and street deterioration. Can something be done about this ugly hillside? You had people come out YEARS ago to add the ugly nets and then never completed the job. Stop being a disgrace of a city and do your job.
