Description
Large amount of paint spilled onto the road and into the storm drain from 2746/2750 38th Ave. to 2650 38th Ave. Dyed the edge of the road completely and impacted all the car tires parked. This occurred sometime between the evening of 10/20 and the morning of 10/21. Someone needs to be held accountable!
