Description
Caller reporting noise before 7:00 am when they are setting up their equipment. It will wake the caller up around 6:45 am several days a week. Caller is also concerned about the noise from the tarp upstairs around the building, There is a constant sound of the tarp flapping when there is wind. The tarp is making noise throughout the night.
