Unable to Locate. Agency responded to request and no indication of reported need - PRCT canvassed the area in an attempt to locate PEH and/or encampment at location: (Intersection Powell St, Jackson St). PRCT was unable to locate, as PEH was not present in the area. Referred to DPW.
