Erosion and drainage several channels appear to be forming that is preventing water from absorbing i to soil, i suspect some broken sprinklers are contributing to problem… entire strip along bryant could really use some attention between water infiltration drainage of retaining wall and paths that need to be blocked from foot traffic… people should not be walking where they are until the soil can be repaired… this is separate and easier the worser situation by mcdonalds
