Description
Caller reporting in lots of loose debris such as pine needles covering ALL the drains in the street. This is the 3rd request. "With El Nino predicted to bring heavy rains, the drains and gutters along Corbett Avenue need to be cleaned as they are full of pine needles and dead grass. The drains take in water from the playground at Rooftop Elementary School as well as the hill side." Previous SR closed out as no work needed.
