Description
On the corner of Haight and Octavia: one guy sleeping right on the corner then about 20 steps from him is 2 more people with all the carts and buggies and dogs barking. Then 10 steps from THAT is someone always sleeping right under the tree. 4 groups of homeless here constantly. You can't even safely walk by here.
