Please remove two compact green bins that has been in the street since Tuesday. These unwanted bins do not belong to 1446 Mason Street building or 1438 Mason building next door. It is possible that someone left them here after Tuesday pick up from across the street. No neighborhood building on the odd house number side has claimed it. People have been throwing trash and feces into the bin. It is becoming biohazard and has stink up the 1446/1438 Mason Street building side. Thank you!
