This residence has been excessively loud for weeks non stop 24hrs with some type of electrical devices tv, radio and an electric piano. Tonight they have multiple people yelling and talking very loudly with each other being very rowdy. I would just like to have a peaceful night's rest without having to hear the chaos through the ear plugs I've been forced to wear nightly that still can't stop the volumes of noise they seem to produce. I've been startled awake multiple nights by jarring sounds at extremely high decibels. The renters in the lower section of this single family home do not care about the neighbors or the other renters of the house they are occupying. They are screaming drunkenly at each other.
