Description
Midnight garbage collection again tonight- occurs 6x/week (Sun, 2x Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu/Fri) violates residential quiet hours under SF Police Code Sec. 2909. Furthermore, the truck's mechanical compaction noise exceeds the 75 dBA limit under Sec. 2904. This causes severe sleep disruption for residents. Please restore our previous schedule of 3 nights/week (Sun, Tue, Thu) with all pickups arriving before 10:00 PM to bring this route back into city compliance.
