Description
The people living in the apartment above us is leaving an air filter or equivalent on all night right above my baby's room. For nearly a week now, I cannot use the room for my daughter to sleep due to the noise. I have reported this to our property management company but nothing has been done and my baby's room is currently uninhabitable.
