Description
Multiple SR's created but keeps getting closed as duplicate but doesn't reference original SR number nor is the issue resolved. Currently there are 4 guys spread out between stairway 9 to stairway 12, only about couple of 100 ft away. Believes he saw HOT come out and snap a photo of an empty space and closing SR 202000238624 while the encampment is still there. WHY?
