restaurant at corner of Fillmore/California st., NW corner (named Pinsa Rosa) does not compost their daily kitchen scraps, I know this because we share garbage areas at 2402 California st./Preston Apts., their green container is and has been empty for years (for context, nextdoor Pizzeria Delfina fills 2 large compost containers per day), thank you
