Per public X post by @war24182236 dated Nov 3, 2026: Used needles/syringes on the ground on Julian Street in the Mission District, San Francisco, near the church that houses the Gubbio program (Julian Ave at 16th St; filed at 3092 16th St). The post's video shows a syringe in the gutter and states parents walking children on this residential block have to walk them past needles on the ground.
