Description
Caller has been reporting that the store next door at 429 Stockton they leave their blue, green, gray bins out 24/7, they do not put it inside the store. Stated he is concern because there are used needles that are placed inside the bins and he is concern about his dogs. Several reports have been made about this but they are still not correcting the issue at all. Please fine them.
