I am writing to request urgent traffic calming interventions, specifically speed humps and/or a traffic camera, on Crescent Ave between Andover St and Alemany Blvd. Neighbors have captured videos of drivers speeding through the stop sign at the intersection of Andover St and Crescent Ave. One car hit my partner while he was crossing. I see someone roll the stop sign nearly every time I cross Crescent at Andover at rush hour. It is a constant, persistent, ubiquitous problem.
